The US House could vote as early as tomorrow, Tuesday, July 8, 2019, on a fast-tracked bill that is bypassing the committee process which would lift the country caps on imported high tech labor, allowing more foreign workers from India to take away American jobs and civil rights!

The "Fairness for High Skilled Graduates Act of 2019" (HR.1044) would incentivize more low wage graduates from India to be used to replace American graduates seeking white collar jobs, help 300,000 Indian contract workers and their family members by removing the pro-diversity "country caps" in immigration law, and hand a big victory to Democrats like Pelosi and left-wing global corporations like Facebook, Twitter, and Google who are using their power to abuse Americans who don't share their political views and plans.

Breitbart News Reports (view article): -- Democrats also have kept the legislation secret — the bill has had no hearing or committee votes — and it is being quarterbacked by the immigration lawyer who helped Democratic Sen. Chuck Schumer write the disastrous "Gang of Eight" amnesty in 2013... The bill can only pass if roughly 75 House Republicans support the giveaway. The Democrats need the GOP votes because California Rep. Zoe Lofgren is trying to pass the legislation via a fast-track process without hearings or amendments. But the fast-track process means the bill needs 290 votes, far more than the Democrats' 235-member bloc in the House. ---

"HR 1044 rewards Silicon Valley robber barons at Facebook, Google, Twitter, and Pinterest with more minions who are willing to displace American workers in these jobs while simultaneously carrying out the censorship and suppression campaigns these companies have launched against American conservatives, Christians, and opponents of socialism and globalism," said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "Violating the civil rights of America's current citizens is a job Americans won't do, but imported labor will. We hope people will call on Congress to stop the fast track vote on this bill and return it to a committee where lawmaker and public oversight can take place."

ALIPAC.us activists are renowned for having played a key role in shutting down legislative Amnesty in DC 10 times since 2004 and are calling Congressional Republicans today to say "Vote No on Fairness for High Skilled Graduates Act of 2019 HR 1044 Tuesday! No fast-track for giving away more American jobs to cheap foreign labor to power California Democrat big tech censorship campaigns!"

While a majority of Republican voters are expected to oppose Democrat and Silicon Valley backed legislation like HR 1044, the following Republicans have signed off on both the bill and the secretive fast-track process designed to deprive the American public of having time to learn of the bill, know what is in it, and react!
