This marks ALIPAC's second major legislative defeat in 2019 as it becomes more clear that illegal immigrants and legal immigration expansion supporters are doing better than ever during Trump's first term. This bill joins the Amnesty for illegal aliens bills passed by the same bi-partisan coalition a few months ago, which now await the RINOs in the Senate to send them to Trump's desk.
