Trump Needs to End Presidential Catch & Release Directive Fueling Border Invasion

ALIPAC is sounding the alert that the word is out around the world that any potential illegal immigrant who would like to invade the United States may do so by making a false asylum claim, rendering all walls and fences useless as American Border Patrol agents are currently operating under Presidential directives to escort illegals into the USA and to "Catch & Release" them to walk freely among US citizens.
Millions more illegals are inbound with an estimated new record of 1.5 million new illegals expected in 2019, Texas cities are being flooded with fake asylum seeker illegals, and more Americans are being raped, robbed, and murdered by invaders under the policies of President Donald J. Trump than ever before!
ALIPAC is asking Americans to call on Trump to end his Catch and Release policies and prevent illegals from roaming freely in the United States. Current US laws are very clear that people who cross our border without proper documentation are all illegal aliens and must be deported. ALIPAC supports our current immigration laws and opposes new laws that are all designed to give illegals Amnesty.
Brandon Judd, the head of the Border Patrol union, in a Washington Times op-ed stated the real problem clearly, "Political pundits, talking heads, scholars, and politicians have convinced the American public that only legislation can solve the problem. They say there are too many immigration and asylum loopholes preventing the government from deporting illegal border crossers in a timely manner. They are all wrong."
Catch and release practices are not US laws, they are Presidential directives from the Bush and Obama administrations that are being continued and expanded by the Trump administration where the President has hired and surrounded himself with many open-borders supporters like Jared Kushner, Mick Mulvaney, and DHS Chief Kirstjen Nielsen.
As President Trump threatens to close the entire border and then backs off the threat, the real solution is for the President to end the current catch and release directives that Border Patrol agents are forced to practice, turn away illegal aliens and fake asylum seekers at our borders, or house them in tent detention facilities at the border until they can be quickly deported home.
The current practice of allowing illegal alien caravan members and 90% of all other illegal immigrants to walk into America and remain here unlawfully with Border Patrol, Government agency, and Soros backed NGO assistance is fueling the current border crisis.
"The immigration issue buck stops with Trump! They're rewarding illegal aliens by giving an easy path to invade the United States through catch and release Presidential directives which violate our numerous existing immigration laws and the President's Oath of Office where he swore to uphold the US Constitution and protect all states from invasion," said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "The President is currently in full violation of his oath, his campaign promises, the current immigration laws of the US, and Article IV of the US Constitution, which requires him to protect all states from invasion. The President has the power and the responsibility to enforce our immigration laws and to deport large numbers of illegals, but Trump is not fulfilling his oath. America's defenses are down, and our borders are wide open for almost anyone in the world to come here illegally, and millions more are inbound! Many of the record number of illegals entering the US in 2019 will be voting for Democrat candidates in 2020."
ALIPAC is spreading the word to activists, media contacts, and elected officials that the current border crisis is being caused by President Trump's policies of continuing Obama's DACA Amnesty, supporting Amnesty legislation deals with Democrats, supporting increases in cheap labor and legal immigration levels, and continuing Bush and Obama era Catch and Release directives for Border Patrol agents, all of which Trump promised to oppose and end during his 2016 campaign.
ALIPAC is also repeating warnings that there is currently no defense is place to prevent illegal immigrants and non-citizens from registering to vote and voting in US elections even though both are federal felonies.
The new flood of illegals into America will be encouraged to settle in purple swing states like Florida, North Carolina, and Ohio where a Democrat Presidential candidate will need their votes to take control of the White House before using illegal voters to take control of all US branches of government, agencies, and laws with a new permanent leftist monopoly achieved through a process of invasion.
ALIPAC is hopeful enough American citizens will demand an end to this invasion and current attempts to pass Dream Act Amnesty bills such as HR 6 and S. 874 which only encourage more illegals to enter the US.
