New non-profit org can be donated to someone with the time

View this email in your browser After spending several thousand dollars of my own funds to create the American Defense Network and get us registered with the IRS as a 501c(3) nonprofit organization, I've found over the last year I just do not have enough time and energy to develop this new organization on top of my duties and responsibilities to ALIPAC.   So at this time I am offering ADnet to any qualified fellow patriots who would like to take over the organization and use it for the good of Americans who support the Constitution.   You will need a director and a new Treasurer to operate the American Defense Network and either a third board member or I will gladly serve on your board to help you get started the first year.   We have a website, Facebook page, Twitter page, mailing address, letterhead and business cards, and a bank account with around $200 in it.   If you would like to take over and operate the American Defense Network please write to me at WilliamG@alipac.us   This would be a great opportunity for someone with good organization skills and a desire to help America.   If we don't have any takers I will shut down the organization on the Monday after Easter weekend April 22, 2019.   William Gheen Director of the American Defense Network https://american-defense.net/   Copyright © 2019 Americans for Legal Immigration PAC, All rights reserved.
