New Jersey Senate Approves In-State Tuition Rates and Financial Aid for Illegal Aliens On Monday, the New Jersey Senate approved Senate Bill 2479 by a vote of 25-12 to provide illegal aliens taxpayer-funded in-state tuition rates and financial aid at all public colleges and universities.
