ALIPAC is issuing new endorsements today for congressional candidates that oppose illegal immigration and any form of Amnesty in California, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Florida.

Today's endorsements follow 21 new endorsements issued on Tuesday.

The new endorsements are in support of Congressman Gary Miller in California's 42nd district, GOP challenger Don Volaric who is running against incumbent Sander Levin in Michigan's 12th district, Dennis Ross who is a Republican candidate running for an open seat in Florida's 12th district, and Roger Roth a GOP Primary candidate running in Wisconsin's 8th district.

"We are happy these four gentlemen have chosen to represent the vast majority of American voters that favor immigration enforcement instead of any form of Amnesty for illegal immigrants," said William Gheen President of ALIPAC. "We are asking our national supporters to volunteer and contribute to these campaigns to support our growing list of candidates that will stop Obama's Comprehensive Immigration Reform Amnesty plans."

These new endorsements supported by ALIPAC now bring the total number of candidates to 124.

ALIPAC's 2010 Federal Candidate Endorsements
http://www.alipac.us/2010_campaign_endorsements.html

These four candidates received early endorsements because they completed ALIPAC's 2010 Federal Candidate survey. Their answers are displayed online with their listing.

Congressman Gary Miller has signed the ALIPAC pledge to "use the full power of (his) office, including impeachment if necessary, to insure the Executive Branch secures America's borders immediately and begins to adequately enforce the existing immigration and border laws of the United States". Miller has received the endorsement of several groups that advocate border security and immigration enforcement and has now earned a prestigious A rating from NumbersUSA.

Challenger Don Volaric has indicated he will oppose any form of Amnesty or path to citizenship for illegal immigrants currently in the U.S. because allowing them to become voters would destroy future immigration enforcement efforts. He is running against Congressman Sander Levin who has earned a deplorable F rating at NumbersUSA due to his support for "Amnesty Enticements" and other rewards for illegal immigrants. Congressman Sander Levin is on the record in DC as supporting in-state tuition and health care reform bill benefits for illegal aliens. Both measures are opposed by the greater majority of American voters who reject taxpayer benefits for illegals.

Dennis Ross is running for an open seat in Florida's 12th district. He has provided nearly perfect answers to ALIPAC's survey and signed the pledge. Ross's Democratic opponent, Lori Edwards, failed to respond to ALIPAC's request for a completed candidate survey. A failure to respond to the survey is often an indication that a candidate supports Amnesty for illegal aliens and does not want that fact documented for voters to see.

Roger Roth is a candidate in the GOP Primary in Wisconsin's 8th district who has served in Iraq with our Air National Guard. Roth's campaign is seeking distinction for being tough on illegal immigration and border security. As a member of the Wisconsin Assembly, Roth supported legislation that required state prisons to enroll in the 287(g) programs to detect and deport dangerous illegal aliens and as well as a bill mandating English as the state's official language.

One of Roger Roth's opponents, Reid Ribble, made comments while still president of the National Roofers Contractors Association stating he supported the McCain-Kennedy immigration bill that would have paved the way for amnesty. ALIPAC hopes that GOP voters in Wisconsin's 8th district will reject Reid despite his massive funding advantage;just as the conservative voters in Florida's 24th district rejected Miller. Congressman Miller fell from his 1rst place lead and finished in 3rd place in this week's primary elections after it was widely reported that he supported the McCain Kennedy Amnesty bills : while still head of the National Restaurant Association. ALIPAC hopes that Wisconsin voters will reject Reid Ribble due to his prior record supporting Amnesty for illegal aliens and instead will elect an immigration enforcement candidate like Roger Roth.

A new wave of candidate endorsements will be announced by ALIPAC next week. New candidate surveys are flowing in from candidates across America and these will be posted online as they are received.

ALIPAC is a non partisan, non connected, political action committee dedicated to stopping and reversing illegal immigration in America. More information about Americans for Legal Immigration PAC's candidates, endorsements, and candidate surveys, are available at www.ALIPAC.us

John AMNESTY McCain has been reelected

ALIPAC
Friends of ALIPAC,

We are sad to report that John McCain has won the GOP primary in Arizona and is now the highly likely winner in November. He will soon abandon his tough talk on border security and be back to supporting Amnesty very soon.

Here are the latest numbers....

Jim Deakin 38579 11%
J.D. Hayworth 99498 30%
John McCain 199060 59%

We spoke with a lot of Arizona voters over the last week. Many did not know McCain's true immigration positions. Others assured us they believed John McCain had changed this time. Others were just so mad at JD Hayworth, after being bombarded with 21 million dollars worth of negative advertising.

Hayworth was very close to McCain at first, but two things happened that really elevated McCain. One, McCain's campaign released a copy of an infomercial JD Hayworth did advertising "free" government grant money. This ad sent JD's numbers tumbling.

I can understand why Conservatives were upset about the infomercial JD did, even JD admitted it was a mistake and apologized. But those Republican voters who acted like that infomercial was worse than John McCain trying to turn over 12 million illegals into voters were mistaken. JD's infomercial indiscretions will not harm others. John McCain's Amnesty plan will cost Americans trillions of dollars, tens of thousands of lives, and possibly our entire nation.

Also, as Hayworth's negatives were played up by the McCain and Deakin camps, John McCain's "Traitor on a string" Jim Deakin siphoned off enough of the anti-incumbent votes for JD to get close enough to McCain for Americans to rally for him.

The Globalists that run America pulled out every dirty trick and every resource. They outspent JD 10 to 1, lied about him, and filed the vote splitter Jim Deakin.

Three days before the primary, Freedomworks leader and aspiring ruler of the Tea Party Movement, Dick Armey, attacked JD Hayworth on national television.

Arizona Governor Jan Brewer, who was close to losing her seat until she became a hero by signing Arizona's SB 1070 into law and arguing against Obama, threw her support behind John McCain. So did Sarah Palin who still supports a path to citizenship amnesty for illegals like McCain, according to her most recent comments on the matter in 2008.

Fox News, owned by Newscorp owner Rupert Murdoch, had John McCain on the air about every other day. So did talk radio show host Sean Hannity who works for Newscorp. Billionaire Fox News owner Rupert Murdoch supports Comprehensive Immigration Reform Amnesty just like John McCain.

So McCain got favorable free press on Fox, while JD Hayworth was ignored and John McCain will now be the US Senator from Arizona for the next six years.

We did all we could afford to do and our hats are off to all of the ALIPAC supporters who worked hard and contributed to the effort to try and defeat John McCain to stop his Amnesty plan of turning 12-20 million illegal aliens into voters.

While this battle has been lost, the war is far from over.

We concede nothing to John McCain and his Amnesty ally President Obama. We are going to fight them both every inch of the way as long as they continue to pursue this agenda to overthrow the American Republic using illegal alien invaders.

The illegal immigration issue is alive and well in the Congressional campaigns and we now must all work together to get as many congressional candidates as possible to oppose the destructive plans of these Global aristocrats.

We wish that more Republicans in Arizona had joined the political revolution that so many Americans are hoping for this year. It is a darn shame that they are reelecting a corrupt sellout DC insider like John McCain, at a time when America is suffering so much.

We fought well and we fought hard and we did our part as best we could.

Now, let's get ready for the next round on November 2nd, when we have to get more of our people into office.

There are so many different things that affect the outcome of an individual race like McCain Vs. Hayworth, but by the time we get to Nov. 2nd, we will have hundreds of candidates on our side taking on incumbents.

Keep the faith!

AZ Primary: Polls Open Till 7pm Pacific

Friends of ALIPAC,

Just a quick note. The Arizona GOP Primary is looking like a very low turnout which means every vote is going to count tonight.

JD Hayworth tells CBS news he believes an upset is possible tonight.
VIDEO
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PcIFOx3JHRE&feature=player_embedded

There are thousands of ALIPAC supporters in Arizona. McCain's people are not mobilized or energized.  Don't let McCain return to DC without each and everyone one of you in AZ talking time to vote and bring in others for JD at the last minute.

Please use the remaining 3 hours to go vote for JD Hayworth and to take every friend, neighbor, and family member you can out to vote against McCain as well.

All prayer are appreciated as well.

Good luck JD!

Eggs In Many Baskets: ALIPAC Endorses 21 New Candidates

Eggs In Many Baskets: ALIPAC Launches New Wave of Endorsements

August 24, 2010

For Immediate National Release

CONTACT: Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC)
(866) 703-0864 WilliamG@alipac.us

As primaries wrap up in several states today, Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is launching a new wave of 21 endorsements in federal races where there is a clear decision for voters between immigration enforcement vs. Amnesty.

ALIPAC intends to endorse more candidates than ever in 2010 and to provide more support for those candidates.

"Illegal immigration is a top issue in the minds of voters and it relates to many other issues such as taxation, crime, terrorism, jobs, education, and the economy," said William Gheen President of ALIPAC. "We are looking for candidates who want our existing border and immigration laws enforced instead of a Comprehensive Immigration Reform Amnesty that would make millions of illegals new voters and thus destroy the borders of America."

ALIPAC launched candidate support operations early this year in expectation of a rising political revolution in America. Endorsing many of the incumbents who have been endorsed by ALIPAC in prior election cycles, more challengers are joining the list.

ALIPAC looks at candidate surveys, the voting records of incumbents, media reports, and reports from supporters in the districts to decide which candidates to endorse.

The goal of ALIPAC is to endorse, recommend, and support federal candidates who most accurately represent the approximately 80% percent of voters who support immigration enforcement instead of Obama's executive order or legislative Amnesties.

ALIPAC's candidate endorsement will be viewed by hundreds of thousands of people online and the group will encourage national supporters to both volunteer and contribute directly to these endorsed candidates.

"We have spent the last six years building a strong support base of dedicated Americans who are ready to take action in the 2010 elections," said William Gheen. "Our supporters will be working hard to support our small army of candidates."

ALIPAC's 2010 Candidate Survey can be accessed via the homepage at www.alipac.usThe survey includes questions asking candidates if they support Arizona's new law SB 1070, if they oppose Obama's Comprehensive Immigration Reform Plan, and if they will use their power to assure that the president begins to enforce our existing laws and the Constitution.

Today, ALIPAC is pleased to announce endorsement for 20 new candidates who are being added to the main endorsement list where you can view all ALIPAC endorsements, incumbent records on immigration, and candidate surveys at...

Are you fighting back today and tomorrow?

ALIPAC
Friends of ALIPAC,

First, we want to thank all of the ALIPAC volunteers who are working on campaigns and who have donated to campaigns endorsed by ALIPAC. We are getting lots of thank you notes coming in from those of us on the ground and in the field.

Remember, if your state has a primary tomorrow like Florida, Arizona, Alaska, and Vermont, please use the ALIPAC 2010 Endorsements page as a guide and get out to vote.

ALIPAC's Current 2010 Endorsements
http://www.alipac.us/2010_campaign_endorsements.html

Remember that as a voter you have your own research and legwork to do. There are many races that our volunteers have not gathered enough information to make an endorsement in yet. There are also state and local races that you need to look into. Have you picked up the phone to make ten minutes worth of calls to find out which state candidates on your ballots support Arizona's SB 1070? ALIPAC is a Federal PAC and we cannot endorse in state races, but we can ask you to do your easy homework before voting.

In a case like Arizona, it is all about turnout, so if you are trying to help JD Hayworth defeat McCain you not only need to go vote but you need to drag ever single friend, neighbor, and family member you can out to vote against McCain as well! This goes for all ALIPAC candidates. Use the primaries as a practice run for this November!

Special thanks to our volunteer callers. It is a real nasty fight there in Arizona. a state that holds ALIPAC's 4th largest supporter base.

Volunteers, keep those calls going. Our reports show that you are turning McCain voters around with your calls. Your calls are working, it is a matter of if we have enough time, people, and resources to educate enough voters in the next 24 hours.

ALIPAC's Automated calls is also getting a strong response in Arizona.

Here is the transcript of the audio message being delivered....
http://www.alipac.us/ftopicp-1106913.html#1106913

While over 200 ALIPAC volunteers are doing the best they can to call and persuade more than 20,000 voters in Arizona to defeat McCain and support Hayworth, our automated calls attempted 45,000 numbers last night reaching around 30,000 households.

We feel the automated call is also having an impact because we have received many feedback messages. JD Hayworth supporters have thanked us for the call and message, staunch McCain supporters have growled at us about the message, and many voters have thanked us saying, "I did not know that was what McCain wanted to do."

Right now, we only have enough surplus funds, donated since yesterday, to call about 60,000 of our 150,000 Arizona GOP Primary voters on our list. We plan to restart the automated calls tonight at 6pm Eastern 3pm Pacific.

Any new donations received at ALIPAC by 9pm Eastern / 6pm Pacific via our secure online donations page at this link....

http://www.alipac.us/content-9.html

will be used in the Arizona call program.

For your donation to be used in this call program, we must receive it by 9pm Eastern tonight.

Here is how many households in Arizona we can reach per donation....

$10 ='s 333 AZ Households contacted
$25 ='s 833 " "
$50 ='s 1670 " "
$100 ='s 3340 " "
$250 ='s 8,333 " "

While we wish we had enough funds to call all 150,000 households we will have to turn off the call program when all newly donated funds for this project are exhausted.

We are fighting an uphill battle and it is amazing how many Arizona GOP voters either don't know John McCain's true support for Amnesty for illegals or don't care. Most care, they just don't know or have been misinformed by McCain's 20 million dollar disinformation campaign. John McCain has pulled out every single dirty political trick in the book for this race.

Win or lose, we are going to do all we can and we thank each and everyone one of you for your efforts in Arizona and the other races.

Sincerely,

William Gheen and The ALIPAC Team

ALIPAC Robo Call to AZ?

We have 48 hours left to do the best we can.

Since our volunteers are finding so many AZ Primary voters that are confused and claim they did not realize McCain really is for Amnesty, we are considering a robotic call into AZ. Many volunteers report AZ voters that already cast early ballots for McCain being dismayed they had not spoken with an ALIPACer earlier!

We could get the call out tonight or tomorrow to about 100,000 households, but that would cost us approximately $4,000.

If you want ALIPAC to deliver such a call to 100,000 Arizona voters with the message "Stop McCain from turning 12 million illegal aliens into new voters through his Amnesty plan, by voting him out of office on Aug. 24th," then please make an immediate donation via our secure online donations page at...

http://www.alipac.us/content-9.html

ALL DONATIONS RECEIVED IN THE NEXT 24 HOURS WILL BE USED FOR THE ROBO CALL TO AZ GOP PRIMARY VOTERS.

Still time to volunteer!

We have almost 200 ALIPAC volunteers attempting to call 20,000 Arizona GOP Primary voters to ask them not to let McCain turn the illegal immigrants into voters.

There is still time for you to participate tonight and Monday night.

If you want to call, reply to this email with FIRE MCCAIN in the subject line.

Your email to us must contain your

Name
Address, city, state, and zip,
Phone Number

in order for you to receive a list of voters, instructions, and a script.

Win or lose let us do all we can to Fire and Retire John McCain and his vote spoiler Jim Deakin on August 24th!!!

Remember, if you want to help ALIPAC do a robotic call into Arizona to warn voters about McCain's Amnesty before election day, please send in your donation of $25, $50, $100, or any amount via this link....

Update on the McCain Fight and Raleigh area needs

ALIPAC
Friends of ALIPAC,

We had a great initial response to our activist alert yesterday. Over 8,000 GOP Primary voters are now in the hands of our first 80 volunteers!

If you were going to vote for McCain, after he spent 20 million dollars to deceive you, wouldn't you want someone to call and speak with you before you made that mistake?

We are off to a powerful start, but we still need more help in two ways.

(1) If you are anywhere in the country and can spare a few hours between now and Tuesday. we need you to help make sure that Arizona voters understand what McCain and Obama's plan to turn 12 million illegals into voters will do to destroy our borders. Please email us soon.

(2) If you are reading this and you are in Raleigh, NC or within a 1 hour drive we need your help TONIGHT! We also need your help Sat, Sunday, and Monday. If you can spare a few hours to help us make calls, we will feed you dinner and snacks and you can meet some other great activists.

By helping us call from Raleigh, you will help ALIPAC to refine our efforts in Arizona for our larger national network that is awaiting further direction from us. It is simple and if you can talk on a phone, then you can help.

Please email WilliamG@alipac.uswith "Raleigh" in the subject line if you can help at all tonight through Monday. Email WilliamG@alipac.uswith "Fire McCain" in the subject line if you are willing to make calls from home to Arizona GOP Primary voters.

To help your email body must contain

Your Name:
Your Address: City, state, zip
Your Phone Number:

Whether you are calling from home in Arizona or any other state, or helping us in our new Raleigh office, you are helping ALIPAC to develop a new powerful tool in the fight against illegal immigration.

We plan to develop and strengthen our call programs, especially after it was confirmed last week that the illegal alien supporters have created a huge phone bank of paid callers to feign public support for their "Amnesty" legislation.

Let's all pull together and sharpen our teeth on McCain. Win or lose on Tuesday in Arizona, ALIPAC can come out of this much stronger than before. Till then, let's do all that we can to save the day in Arizona.

I will be working hard all weekend in Raleigh and I hope to find many of you working at my side here and across the nation as a team.

Sincerely,

William Gheen
